Our Mines

We currently operate eight mining operations which are strategically located with proximity to each other with good infrastructure in place. In 2018 Overlooked Group acquired then Sudor properties of Weltevreden Colliery, Halfgewonen Colliery and Kalabasfontein Colliery. In 2021 the acquisition of nearby ECC operations of Forzando North, Forzando South, Dorstfontein East and Dorstfontein West, followed.

These acquisitions, together with Overlooked Colliery now operating as Katlego and Tswelopele Operations, respectively, presented an opportunity to consolidate reserves in the area and, thereby, establish a sustainable cluster of operations for all our stakeholders.
