Our Journey

We went into the coal mining industry and acquired Overlooked Colliery, which started with just 80,000 tons of ROM per month. Today, 10 years later, we are producing 800,000 tons per month, with six Collieries and six plants under our management.

2014

O M Senosi is granted a Prospecting Right over an area sandwiched by three big mining houses in Anglo Coal, Total Coal and Sudor. The right is registered under the name of Overlooked Colliery Pty Ltd.

2014 – 2016

Overlooked Colliery Pty Ltd upgrades  Prospecting Right into a Mining Right.

2016

Overlooked Colliery Pty Ltd starts opencast mining coal at  Overlooked Colliery.

2018

Overlooked Colliery Pty Ltd acquires financially distressed Sudor properties  and renames them Overlooked Alpha.

2021

Overlooked Colliery Pty Ltd acquires Exxaro Coal Central operations and renames them Katlego Operations.

2022

Overlooked Group embarked on scanning the Southern African environment for specifically green energy minerals.

2023

Overlooked Group entered into Namibia,  South Africa, Tanzania & Zimbabwe looking more closely at establishing its presence on  opportunities in line with the Overlooked Group Strategy.

2024

Overlooked Group operationalising the green energy metals projects.
